3. Workmanship Warranty

All structural repairs and waterproofing projects completed through our assigned specialists are eligible for a 12-Month Workmanship Warranty. This warranty is subject to the specific terms outlined in your final project quotation and is activated upon full payment of the project invoice.

4. Project Agreements

While Durban Roof Repairs facilitates the assessment and provides the technical framework for the project, the final service agreement is finalized upon the acceptance of the official quotation provided for your specific site.

5. Limitation of Liability

Durban Roof Repairs facilitates high-standard structural solutions; however, we are not liable for pre-existing structural failures, "Acts of God" (extreme storm damage exceeding standard building specs), or secondary damages occurring before the completion of professional containment.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in building codes or service protocols.
