3. Role of Contractors

All inspections, quotations, repairs, and construction work are carried out by independent contractors. Once a contractor is assigned or engaged, all agreements regarding pricing, timelines, workmanship, and execution are between the client and the contractor.

4. Assessments & Quotations

Any assessments or quotations provided are issued by independent contractors based on site inspections and project requirements. Final pricing may vary depending on on-site conditions, materials required, and scope adjustments.

5. Payments

All payments are made directly to the appointed contractor unless otherwise stated in writing. Durban Roof Repairs is not the billing entity for construction work unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

6. Workmanship & Warranty

Workmanship guarantees, warranties, and service commitments are provided solely by the appointed contractor responsible for the work. Durban Roof Repairs does not independently provide construction warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Durban Roof Repairs is not liable for:

Work performed by independent contractors
Pre-existing structural defects or roof conditions
Weather-related damage or Acts of God
Delays caused by contractors, suppliers, or material availability
Disputes between clients and contractors after introduction

8. Coordination Role

Our role is limited to coordinating and facilitating introductions between clients and independent contractors. We may assist in communication and project coordination but do not directly control or execute construction work.

9. Lead Handling & Communication

By submitting a request, you consent to your information being shared with one or more relevant contractors for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry. Contractors may contact you directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

10. Site Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for inspections and work. Contractors are not responsible for delays caused by restricted or unsafe access conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in operations, legal requirements, or service structure.
